i just finished rereading the trilogy and by chance, your video popped up. Elend’s arc from scholar to leader was one of my favorite parts of the book. That ominous voice telling Zane that he wasn’t insane added that creepiness to the world. Aaaannnd Sazed (my fave character) def needs therapy after being gaslit from misinformation and drowned grief after this one 😅 I hope you read the last one for this era soon cuz the finale is just simply amazing. Of the first 3 Mistborn books, Well of Ascension is my favorite. I've read through Alloy of Law and really enjoy it.

I've been waiting to see your opinion of this book, and I look forward to seeing your opinion on the climax and the end of the first trilogy even more!!! In your previous video of the Mistborn I mentioned that you should keep in mind a character called Hoid who Kelsier talks for information (chapter 19 of the Final Empire) in this book Hoid appears again but is never mentioned, an he is the "old man" leading the Terris refugees that Elend and Spook meet on their way back to Luthadel in chapter 56 And in the next book everything that seemed strange to you or things that you think don't make sense (Marsh saying that he doesn't want to kill Sazed) will be answered and personally I loved the Spook arc, so I will wait for your next video with eagerness even if it takes months to arrive

Love your videos! Some feedback: the editing is a little too choppy, audio wise. It can be clicky and jump up or down in volume and as a headphone user this can be jarring. Consider spending some more time sound mixing between cuts. Lol. "But he seems cool. Vibes" 😂 Also LOL at your imagining the Terris people as alien squidward and monsters Inc. Slug lady. I always pictured Sazed as Lance Reddick (RIP) and Tindwyl as Indira Varma (Ellaria Sand in Game of Thrones) The Koloss is meant to be like a blue version of a Fallout super mutant (look it up if you are unfamiliar) but instead of like, green skin, its blue and there's like torn skin with exposed meat/bone in some spots. (Gross i know)

And hahaha ok I like them better, I'm going to try to substitute those actors in my mind 🤣 I looked up that for the Koloss and that makes sense - so human-ish, but more "monstrous" !
