Hey guys, That tool cuts out what rod flexibility does to the relationship between rod hand path and rod tip path. This tool has no rod bend at all and therefore leads to a rod hand path being quite different compared to casting a flexible rod. In my opinion this tool does opposite of what was claimed it to do. No one moves the rod tip along a straight path anyway. If we would, the line most probably would run into our tip section. Might be worth to study fly casting in slow motion. ;) A "straight rod path" (whatever that is and whatever it would be good for) isn't what I see in this video either. Cheers Bernd
