Stranded in the desert! Off road in a tow truck!

I went out into the Oregon Badlands Wilderness to get a Subaru with a hole in the gas tank. After some wrong directions and a bit of backtracking I finally found the car, got it loaded up on the Collins Dollies, and back to the town of Bend to the repair shop

Some where on the internet is a video all about that lake draining event carving the gorge you were looking at. Didn't pay that close attention at the time but now that Ive seen the gorge it takes on a whole new significance. Thanks. Regarding your microphones, when it is far from your face, the volume drops precipitously. I have to raise the volume to be able to hear you (from 15% to 100%). Then, for each commercial break, I have to rush over to get the volume down. If I am sitting at the computer, it is simply a quick click though I prefer to do chores away from the computer while watching your channel. I live in an apartment and so cannot let it go. Closed captioning is no better than mute in this situation as the commercials come through at normal volume. I am sorry I do not have a solution. I enjoy your videos and am glad to see your numbers going up. Thank you for posting.

I've seen a Subaru dealership install a 2 inch lift kit on a crosstrek they also installed aftermarket wheels with bf Goodrich radial ta tires that were a couple sizes bigger than stock. Warn industries has a winch mount kit to install a winch on the front of a Subaru crosstrek.

@@loose-arrow-garage I think every state has them when I worked installing phone cable we came across alot of these places that made the hair on your neck stand up I hated scouting ahead alone especially when we hit the job site 1 Monday and 1 of our backhoe was burned up and the police said where we were parked they were surprised it was just 1 machine and they'd never be able to figure out who did it and it very well might have been a group project then 3 years later they found several bodies in barrels on a Drs property out there

@@aaronmcconnell7358 I can see that too if you ever get to KS and see random road signs dented and scratched stop and look for glass around it here we play a game of sign strikeout on long road trips especially Friday after work when you finish your beer you throw the bottle at a sign the person who hits the least buys beer at the next town because they struck out I was pretty good at hitting signs on the right side from the drivers seat with the cruise set at 70 the boss thought he'd get smart and end that game by getting a 15 passenger van he just took care of 2 problems at once open the sliding door you could hit signs from any seat and we never had to stop on a back road to piss ya get strange looks when you pass someone and someone's standing in the door and makes them turn the wipers on
