If you can look at her back then and say she looks like she's having the time of her life then I seriously don't know what yo say to you because that's insane. Also, literally no one here has said that rich people, celebrities especially don't get way more opportunities to bounce back than 'regular" people do, so I don't know why you brought it up. We know. She was crucified in the media in the way young female celebrities are, it's not like it was a walk in the park. I don't get the bitterness when someone recovers instead of rotting away hidden from everyone.

@@hd-xc2lz It was 20 years ago, move on. She had mental health issues, was highly medicated and what she did had no impact on anybody but herself. She paid enough consequences, was blacklisted for years and treated like sht by media while known abusers were being praised.

Winona it’s really grown throughout the years and it really shows in the woman she is now. I know she was having a rough time in her mid 20’s/early 30’s but she is absolutely GLOWING.

Yeah, she had it kind of rough those years, but to be honest with you, who doesn't go through their own firewalls, so to speak round about that time in their 20s and 30s? I know I did, and lot of mates, as well. We make it through those times, and hopefully grow wiser. She made it, and it shows brilliantly! I think that's inspirational.

Yeah I'm in roughly the same age as her so when she was huge in movies I was the perfect age to see nearly everything she was in. Then she had the personal and legal issues that seem to happen to so many young actors, it's good to see her back doing a great job in a successful series.

I saw Beetlejuice when it released I was 16 because I was crushing on Winona, it was a weird day. It was in the upper 70's during the day then that night we got a snow storm. Me and a buddy dropped a hit each of A. Then he tells me that he has to ask his mom if he can stay out. SMH I point out he is going to be tripping hard in a few minutes so we swing by his house. His mom was in bed sick all day so she didn't know it had started to snow. So he asks if he can stay at my house and his mom says yes, but also asks if he remembered to mow the lawn earlier? He is shoveling pizza in his face an the A hits him and he replies "the snow, I love the snow" to everyone's confusion... I interrupt and say we have to go because the movie is starting at 8PM and we will be late. We drive away and I keep hitting my high beams so it looks like we are in a Star Wars movie doing light speed, lol. He isn't amused. lol I ask him if he is sure the movie starts at 8, and he says, "yes, they all start at 8", I am like no. So we go buy our tickets and the movie doesn't start till 8:45. But my car has no heat so we can't wait in it because of the snow storm and I am tripping too hard to drive home at this point. So we go in and as we walk in I notice that I am pouring sweat during a snow storm and people are looking and whispering. lol So we go into the arcade and played video games till we could go sit down. So hard to do looking through a veil of glue... We go into the theater and my eyes locked on a specific seat that I knew I had to sit in. We go sit down and for the the next hour I laughed at a marginally funny movie like it was the greatest comedy even told. lol People were certainly staring and whispering. That's just the beginning of the evening. The party we went to after the movie would take chapters. lol

I kind of like when you just let characters be into pop culture and don't try to avoid things that the stars were in. Like in Chuck when he was a massive Tron fan, and his sister's father-in-law was played by the same guy as Tron. If the character would be into Full Metal Jacket, Beetlejuice or Heathers, I reckon go for it.
