Strapping down a KRX or UTV to a trailer? Thinking about it.

Just a quick video we took at the Rubicon. We see a lot of utv's strapped down the wrong way or with "fad internet" items. PLEASE use common sense when purchasing items and using them.
We have been towing race cars and utv's for 20+ years.
Strapinno retractable straps are what we use and they can be purchased on Amazon below.

Why not tie around the tires as opposed to the suspension? It would take any flex or settling of the suspension out of the equation

Agreed if a lot of these kits weren’t then strapping to a piece of sheet metal bolted to the wood floor. If you choose to bolt around the tire that’s fine but it should definitely go to metal.

100% Agree! Wood screws obviously terrible idea, even bolt through plates are still connected to wood. And what is holding that wood to the trailer frame, on alot of trailers the wood deck is simply sitting on the frame.

I use 4in sraps the truckers use my trailer set up with strap pockets .
