Strawberry rhubarb crumble recipe, sugar can be adjusted to your preference.
Crumb mixture:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
Filling:
3 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups slices rhubarb
1 cup granulated sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes or until top is light golden grown and or when the filling is bubbling. Pan size: 13 x 9.
