Strawberry Tiramisu🍓 NO RAW EG🍓NO Alcohol 草莓提拉米苏

Strawberry Tiramisu - no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, ladyfingers, and mascarpone! Made without coffee, alcohol, and raw eggs. It’s sweet, pretty, and SO delicious. Layers of mascarpone cream, strawberry jam infused ladyfingers, and lots of fresh juicy strawberries. Everyone always loves it when I bring it to a party.
I love authentic Italian Tiramisu, but i want to challenge 10 more flavors of Tiramisu on the way!
📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
🍓 Strawberry Glaze
400g Chopped Strawberry Cubes
50g White Sugar
½ Lemon Juice~20g
🍓Tiramisu Mousse
60g Strawberry Puree
3 Egg Yolk
40g White Sugar
226g Mascarpone Cheese
160g Heavy Whipping Cream
Lady Gingers 12 pieces
Pan Size：7 ¾ *3 ¾ *2 ¾ inch 20cm*8cm*7cm
📢 Important tips
* If you use fridge Mascarpone cheese, you may see oil-water separation after mixing with yolk part, no worry, stir 30seconds over some warm water will bring it back to smooth.
* You can assemble it in a baking dish or in individual glasses or even in a plate by just ladyfingers with cream in between.
* Please prepare a day in advance so the ladyfingers can absorb the strawberry mixture completely and get softer. It tasted perfect after stored in the fridge for more then 5 hours!
