STRAWBERRY TOPPING using FROZEN STRAWBERRIES | STRAWBERRY SAUCE E51

BEST AND EASY STRAWBERRY TOPPING
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbspn (30ml) water
• 1/2 tbspn (5g) cornstarch/ cornflour, add a bit more if you need the syrup type
• 1/4 kg (250g) frozen strawberries
• 4.5 to 6 tbspn (75- 100g) white sugar, adjust to your liking and depending on the sweetness of your strawberries
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 tspn kalamansi/ lemon juice
• hint of red food coloring, OPTIONAL
