Alot people don't know but when Ken son was born he gave Ryu the special gift of being the godfather. So u can say their God brothers now. And Ken and Guile are brothers in law cuz Guile wife and Ken wife are blood sisters

Since SF6 is supposed to take place after the Street Fighter 3 series, I’m going to assume that rather than completely rejecting the satsui no hado, he implements a few techniques from the hado in his toolkit to find a good middle ground between his light and dark side. On the real, seeing Ryu use the axe kick in his normal form (along side the donkey kick) would make for some nice evolution for Ryu in both gameplay and story

Good video. I think the older Sakura segment should have been the last part of the video. It mirrors what happens at the end of Sakura's manga. In it Sakura is a P.E. Teacher wearing the same red track suit. Since Sakura currently is not a P.E. teacher, this should have been put after 3rd Strike.

I think Ryu came about when Gouki cast out his humanity in order to master the Satsui No Hado. I think that's why Akuma senses the power within him. It's also very similar to Rose where she was birthed when Bison abandoned his soul. I think that's why both she and Bison can sense Ryu and know his body can withhold an immense amount of power.

That is a good theory. Then we don't have to deal with the odd situation of Gouki making love or assaulting some woman. Both are very out of character for him. That's the only way I could see Ryu being related to Akuma.

@@shaunlennon8235 facts Ryu is like a Reflection of both Gouken and Gouki,Based on the path he chooses as a warrior,if Ryu chooses The path of the dark hado,he goes down the route of Akuma becoming the new master of the fist,if he chooses the path of Mu no ken,Like gouken,he becomes the Future Master Ansatsuken. It's like Capcom is showing through Ryu's journey in the sf series how Gouken and Akuma became the Masters they are today

It really bothers me that ryu looks like a white man. Look at his nose bruh. Look at his eyes. He is literally a white man with over the top thick anime eyebrows, a headbands, and short black hair. Streetfighter 1, Streetfighter alpha and streetfighter 3 ryu, actually looked Japanese. Streetfighter 2 ryu doesn’t even look Japanese in my opinion. Ken is supposed to be half American (white) and half Japanese, yet he looks nothing like it anymore. Actually, I think Ken is supposed to be like a quarter white and 75 percent japanese because one of his parents were mixed or something… anyways, Ryu is JAPANESE bruh. I don’t know WHO or what That man is that they tried to replace ryu with but he is not Japanese.
