JIMMY I've had the game since it came out but never played it until last week. I was playing usf4 and I am rank A ryu and rank A sagat. But after watching your videos playing ryu you inspired me to play sf5 and with the info in your videos I immediately started using it in my first day on sf5 with ryu and I proudly got a 17 win streak at my first run on ranked :) ,,thanks for the great videos keep it up.

Welcome to SFV! Keep with it and you'll start to get the hang of it. I personally love some of the simplifications it's made as compared to SF4, taking the game back to it's roots a bit. Do be aware of the large number of higher-level players playing in the silver range, especially in casuals. Don't get too frustrated when it seems someone your level is stomping the hell out of you. Chances are, they're a much better player than their rank suggests.

Best match analysis I have seen so far. Very clearly explained. One thing great about top ryu players is that they have to have strong fundamentals of the game. Weak ryu players are freebies or free points in rank matches. Lol

this is very normal and it just means you don't have enough experience. the more you play the better/faster your muscle memory gets. when I do a combo I'm not really thinking about it anymore because I've done it so many times it just became a natural thing to do. keep practicing combos/moves in training mode and do them over and over again in a real match, at some point it will become very easy for you!

I play Akuma and I just felt like, well, I‘m minus on everything, even when I just ate the throw, that wasn‘t helping, I still was getting a ton of grey/white and chip damage, and we know akuma‘s health doesn‘t help either.. I‘d also appreciate any advice if somebody got one. Now I‘m gonna watch the replays and see if I can see anything that helps
