Street Stock World Championship 2020 RC Dirt Oval Race

Hello everyone! Join me as recap the Street Stock World Championship race at the Fountain Inn RC Complex money race with over $2100 payout to various classes and race winners.
This race was one of the biggest dirt oval RC races of the year for us.
In this video you will be given tour of the track, get to watch part of the drivers meeting and of course get to watch plenty of racing action from the heat races to the main events!

Pack up the van and travel around to some different tracks and enter some races. It really is the best Hobbie on the planet!! @@jbtricklerc relsh it, you never know how trends or real estate can change, i've lived here in the Chicago area long enough to watch some crazy stuff. In the late 80's RC really caught on, there were indoor ovals, outdoor ovals, off road tracks, carpeted indoor, you could throw a rock in any direction and hit a track, dozens dotted around the city and burbs, park districts were jumping in, it was a glorious time, then the ''ready to run era'' hit in the 90's and for some insane reason, the tracks have almost disappeared. real estate value, lack of participation.....something.....now the tracks are few and far between around here.....trends my friend, they swing both ways. I'm working on getting some content for my channel, getting back into the game. see you out there.

Those are Shark Bodies LLC. They have several to choose from. They can be found on Facebook and have a website as well. They are very popular in the dirt oval and drag Race world. Great bodies.

Hey Wolf, check out some of the races here on the channel from ERC. It's a bigger track. We are fortunate enough to have ERC, Fountain Inn and Anderson and all 3 tracks are very different in size and shape.

David, during the race the cars are using transponders to keep track of their position and lap times. It's all kept in the scoring computer in the scoring booth.

What is 21.5 racing?

MoJoe Jo Jo 21.5 is a foam tire class. Where this video mainly featured the Traxxas style street stocks most were running say a 13.5 motor. The 21.5 motor is for a class that runs a carbon fiber purpose built chassis. I've got several videos up featuring the 21.5 class to give you a better look and idea. What are the rules for the super street class?

Traxxas slash 2wd, stock everything except what gets mentioned. Street stock body. Hobbywing Justock esc and 13.5 motor combo. Bandito C2 or C3 tires. Any 5200 50C 2S lipo battery. Stock servo or up to $50 limit on servo. 86 spur with 25, 26 or 27 pinion. Stock shocks but can add limiters to them and open to any springs.
