Ingredients Needed:
- I used 2.5 Lbs. of trimmed, cubed Skirt Steak
- Fresh chopped Cilantro
- Fresh finely diced onion
- Queso Fresco cheese (crumbly)
- Garlic salt, black pepper
- I used Tango Joe's VERDE Seasoning (optional)
- Corn Tortillas
- Your favorite hot sauce, salsa or pico de gallo for topping
Directions:
- WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!
- Preheat your griddle to med-high heat
- Place skirt steak on griddle and cook until done (10-12 minutes approximately)
- Place corn tortillas on griddle and flip until hot (wrap them in foil OR place into tortilla holder until time to build tacos.
- BUILD YOUR TACOS THE WAY YOU LIKE THEM!!! ENJOY!!!!!
