I have a question can I do lat pull downs and light to medium explosive weight training for boxing or should I stick to body weight and explosive kettlebell excercise for strength and conditioning?

I have a question why whenever i include legworkout i feel like im annihilatingmy body and gettimg weaker instead of getting stronger, but whenever i only do chest back shoulder workout then im getting much more stronger

I guess mainly due to the fact that we are on our legs all day every day so you feel it more compared to our upper body a few days after a work out...... however if your training legs once a week and after 4/5 days your legs still feel sore like they did on day 2 or 3 then you maybe over doing your training and caught in a loop of training, failing to recover and then retraining... if you took a week off to break this cycle I can 99% garentee you would feel stronger and fresher in your legs. you recovery is key. in my opinion of course. I am just a mear mortal I am often wrong and often corrected.
