thank you! usually i do them before easy recovery runs and days that i do key sessions i would have a min of 6 hours between a workout and a run so the strength sessions doesn't affect the run

The fourth one, how do you fall back on your heels like that. It seems impossible for me. Not sure if its my foot mobility or my hips?

Should I look to explode to the side/up as much as possible? Like as explosive and high/far out as I possibly can? Or just a little push.

try and explode up and to the side so you can develop glute explosive power

Hey Vlad, thanks for these videos, they're really great! I'm wondering, with the last exercise in the set, the slow squat, I can't go back onto my heels at the bottom, do you have any tips/exercises to help?

just try and improve mobility - try doing the mobility workout i put up on here
