Hey I just wanted to say thank you for all your workouts Vlad. I found your channel last year around May when I was injured with shin splints. At first I did a couple of hours a week of a mix playlist of your workouts. After recovery I kept it to an hour a week until now and haven’t been injured since. Super simple exercises yet so necessary with all the pounding pavement we do as runners (triathlete here). Thanks again, keep it up 🙏🏻

Thank you for this workout. I've done it almost every day for a little bit over 2 weeks now and my balance and foot stability have really improved. Could you do a second ankle stability routine in the future ?

Loving it ! cannot believe how hard it feels for seemingly simple excercises. So good to do during work/lunch break 🦵👍

Man I’ve been running for years and I’ve made a schedule of these workouts every day to go with my running, it’s literally making such small improvements. Especially for my feet and stability. I’ve felt my Glutes more activated as well. Peace Vlad

Hi, thank you very much for this effective video. It helps me protecting for injuries. The last time I have pain by the pectineus muscle during my runs. Maybe you can make a video specially for the muscles in this area?

Thank you so much, Vlad! You're awesome. I've been dealing with sesamoiditis on both feet for over a year. About two months ago I started physiotherapy, and they gave me many of these exercises for strength and stability, but you gave me a lot more to work on. Thanks a lot again!!

stay consistent with it and it will really pay off soon 💪

Really like the "at home" style workouts since gyms are still not available to many of us.
@VladIxel3 жыл бұрын
even when gyms open up you can still do so much at home

Hey Vlad, what sort of routine would you set for all of these sessions? Would you try to do a different session each day?
@VladIxel4 жыл бұрын
if you dont have any weaknesses i would do one harder workout one easy recovery workout and go good like that every single day

Loving your vids man 🤙 quick question when I do the single leg squat with the imaginary medicine ball twist my left side feels ok but on my ride side as I squat I cannot keep my right knee and right knee in alignment.... Either me knee goes inwards and my foot stays straight or if my knee goes straight my foot goes outwards ?!?!
@meneerkast58384 жыл бұрын
Maybe dont goes to deep on the squat?
@VladIxel4 жыл бұрын
you need to build more strength and stability in the glutes and hips - if the knee falls in it means that the glutes are just not strong enough on that side yet

Awesome stuff. Do you do any upper body at all?
@VladIxel4 жыл бұрын
very little at all, maybe few push ups but mostly all lower body and core
@rizwanhazemantalikop52664 жыл бұрын
Hi Vlad. What is you take on upper body strength and any home workouts to complement that?
@VladIxel4 жыл бұрын
as a runner i dont much upper body at all as its extra weight when i run - usually i would do few pushes up but not much more than that

Why do you put your subtitles mear your foot. Cant see your foot. Very irritating
@VladIxel4 жыл бұрын
i dont put the subtitles there - youtube does when you use youtube - you can turn it off
