This lower body workout is insane! I really liked the pacing and how they split it up into three different part so you're never doing any one thing for too long, but still really tough!

Fantastic video! In June I decided to start living a healthier life. Growing up I was a competitive swimmer for six years which gave me a great body and weighed 120 of muscle. After I quit all I did was eat and sit on my ass. In June I was 150 (only 5' 4") and now I'm proud to say I'm down to 131, all because of your videos! Now I can do hour long videos, fit into clothes I have never been able to wear, I feel healthy, and overall I'm confident! Please keep making 50+ min videos, they are keeping me sane :) thank you

I've done this workout about once a month since it was released and it still gets a good sweat going! It moves fast, so you don't have time to think about how tired you are. By the time you get to the pilates round, you'll truly realize how dead you are. Be sure to stretch well before and after. The first time I did this one, I was hobbling around for days.

Thanks to your FREE 'Strong+Lean' 5 day challenge last week (which I made it through, all 5 days in a row), I finally had the guts to take this on. In the past, I had some mental block that I 'couldn't' do your longer Blend videos. I think it was the HIIT portions on top of the other styles that scared me away. But after surviving last week in one piece (and feeling tired but terrific after it), I decided to tackle this level 5 blend today! It was fantastic, though I'm conflicted about the HIIT after the strength portion. Great to really nail the strength, which I can't push as hard after a bout of HIIT, but then the HIIT was, ah, shall we say, not my best? But I got it done, and understand the benefit of mixing it up sometimes. I'm looking forward to more of your Blends in the future and think they will find their way permanently into my workout schedule a few days a week.

I don't normally comment, but have to say how much I love this routine. I'm no FitnessBlender newbie and am sure I've done this one a few times. Finished last night and noted two things. One I seem to sweat more during the pilates burnout than the HIIT. Two I figured I must not have pushed hard/lifted heavy enough as I did not have my usual shaky legs after. Well 24h later, and I can't even sit at the computer chair to type this I ache so much. Love it!! Thanks guys.

i started at 12:30, added 4 reps per strength exercise + an extra ABAB round of strength, I also added 15 more minutes of Hiit + 10 min ab burnout before the pilates burn out and it is now TWO hours later... i didn't think it would take this long to get a more efficient work out but i feel amazing

hardest leg workout I have ever done in my life. After the HIIT section, my legs were shaking so much I could barely hold my self up in the forearm position to do the Pilates section! I have been lying on the ground for the past 30 minutes since I have completed the workout because I'm scared I wont be able to get up! I love it!! I switch the order of the hiit and the strength training. Made it easier for me to push during the hiit part and get my muscles warmer for the strength. And the hiit does not affect my ability to push on the strength. Overall I feel like I am getting more out of this work out.

This is now my glutton for punishment video. Spot reduction is impossible as you have mentioned, but my butt and thighs are my trouble spots as far as body fat goes, so it's really nice to feel the burn in this one. Day #19 in FBFit, loving the program. Thanks Kelli and Daniel. :)
