Excellent watched doing my concept 2 rower than 5kg db YT caroline girvan upper body plus picking up my db (pretended groceries), normally I would have gone for my walk, alas like eating green vegetables RT is necessary and a few serves per day will be beneficial. 🚶♀️&🏋♀️
