BICEPS & TRICEPS WITH ELASTIC BAND
Today we have a specific work for Biceps and Triceps with elastic band. It is a short but very complete routine, in which you can decide its intensity by choosing the intensity of your band (low, medium or high).
It consists of simple, unilateral exercises, of which we will do 20 repetitions per arm, until completing the little more than 12 minutes that this routine lasts.
If you don't have a closed band, you could do it with a knotted open band or with dumbbells.
Here below I leave you some ideas to continue training or good stretching if you end up here today.
