I have doing your stretching routine for a while now and honestly i feel so much better after doing it. My body feels relaxed. I tried this core strengthening workout today. Tbh, i feel ur exercises are less difficult than others, like less dramatic, more action. Btw will this core strengthening workout be helpful for preparing my body for getting pregnant? Will it be helpful for labour? Please let me know.

Yes I did the workout and will return to it absolutely. I like it because it is only 8 minutes long with clear directions. Also really like the back exercises. Question ~ on the dying bug exercise, I cannot lower each leg keeping it straight without lifting my back off the ground. What modification do you suggest? Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for this video, it’s amazing!! I injured my back many years ago and ruptured four discs, it was the worst pain I’ve ever known (including childbirth!) I was in physical therapy for a long time and even now, I continue to do my PT exercises daily and keeping my core strong is crucial to keeping pain at bay. I’ve done this video five times and not only does my core feel stronger, but I can actually see results already. I’ve got more definition in my obliques and in the front upper and lower abdominal muscles, too, that’s impressive after only five times! The exercises aren’t hard, but boy are they effective! I would love to see more videos like this so I can rotate them along with my regular PT, thank you so much for this one!

This is a nice one I do regularly. It is a light excercise so it’s easier to do multiple times a week than those 20 minute hit workouts. Plus as a office worker I love the addition of back excercises, those are often overlooked because others on youtube focus on abs alone. My back and core feel fresh and stronger after this training.

Well I’ll tell you Dr, I’ve been watching most of your videos with lower back pain to wrist pain. Thought I was getting older so that’s just how it goes but doing what you advise and doing other body weight exercises along with all the stretches you guide as well. I’ve gone from 280 down to around 200 within just a few months. Like you always say you have to be consistent. You have inspired me and I am changing my life, my wife hasn’t even seen me this small and in shape. So once again thanks so much and I’ll continue to watch these amazing and helpful videos!

I am a 57 year old woman who absolutely swears by the core exercises! When I started I couldn’t do the single leg bridges, among things, but I kept doing the exercises, and now I can do the things I couldn’t before. I can now shovel a driveway full of snow, and no back pain! Before it was a couple shovels, and I could feel it. Thanks Dr. Jared!

That was an excellent core video. Thank you very much. There is only one recommendation that I would do which is to lengthen the time for each exercise to one minute instead of 30 seconds. I feel like it could've been a little more of an intense burn if the exercises were done for a minute at a time. Other than that excellent video

I’m 39. I had my 1st severe muscle spasm in my lower back at age 34. I had another one recently. This has now brought me to a point where I’m never pain free and most movements are extremely painful. I want to work on strengthening my lower back and entire core. If done consistently, when should I expect to begin noticing a difference?

I did not like this video. Haha. It showed me how out of shape I really am. I did the 8 minute stretch first and was laughing at myself. I promised myself I would tone up because I have three very active dogs. I walk my shepherd everyday and off lead I can not in any way keep up with her. I’m now 35 , prior military and I’m glad I’ve found you. I’ll be starting my mornings with you 😊 okay so I kind of liked the video. 😂 I feel better already. More energized too!
