Tig Bitties the thing is that exercise creates too much of an advantage though. I mean it takes most people the same time to do atlas lifts as it does for people with stone experience 4 exercises plus atlas stones. @joshwaterman55265 жыл бұрын
DanieI Joseph no it shows the difference between functional strength vs show muscles. Power lifters are very strong but in three lifts. Not saying theres no exceptions because a lot of power lifters get out of there zone and try out other stuff and get stronger in different areas. But a straight guy who just powerlifts still doesn’t have the endurance to do what faceless does.

The stone loading is such a shitty exercise, many of these athletes can't even do it for few reps, not to mention 10 ten reps because they have never done it before. Therefore it is dangerous for them and also painful to watch, I hope we won't see this kind of exerise in the upcoming battles.

Marcin Pasek what if a strongman competes? There shouldn't be exercises that he had not done before, right?
@PASK1NS7 жыл бұрын
Nothing againts strongman exerices, just this particular one is really unfair especially for shorter athletes like Ales. He is very, very strong and unfortunately because of this exericse he didn't even make it to prove it and it was not the first time like this.

You should mention that not everyone is using "tacky".. Helps quite alot when it comes to the grip on the stones.

yes it's not fair for those who only train at gym they might get injured

Almost the same remaining time as Anabolic Horse. If there won't be bodyweight exercises in finals it can be very close match between those two.

Agreed, but Faceless is currently injured so
@fatalstyx33897 жыл бұрын
Saw that video. True that. However Faceless and AH completed this course with the exact same time remaining. AH completed the parkour and Faceless didn't too. Assuming they use that course AH stands a fair chance. No chance on any other though lol.

max musterfrau yeah as long as they have stone lifts, the faceless will always dominate. If there were no stone lifts it would be a lot closer
