This video had me crying! Dr. H hit so many issues and points that resonated with me. Especially the part where he talked about trying to solve our health problems one blog and one video at a time. That’s me. It’s exhausting trying to heal yourself by yourself. Thank you so much for understanding down to the minute issues people with chronic health issues go through. And thank you for sharing on videos!

I'm so glad you mentioned to avoid intermittent fasting if you have these symptons so helpfull👏👏
@alanacreates5 ай бұрын
I disagree... I used Keto and Intermittent fasting to HEAL my thyroid and diabetes and 25 other health issues and lost 110 lbs. I have maintained weight and those health issues for 3 years after. when he claims this lifestyle can CAUSE the issues that it actually heals.... well that is a red flag to know that not everything he is teaching can be trusted. so be careful and always cross-reference other sources to make informed decisions for yourself.

The best Doctor by far... Let's be honest, functional Doctors are not made equal. I'm literally going to contact your office if I don't help with the doctor I just started seeing last week.

I wish I could find the mountains again. My husband and I live in NH and we love to hike the White Mountains. We hiked 32 of the 48 4,000 footers last year. This year I can’t even go for walks with him on the trail near our home. It exacerbates my MCAS symptoms too much and aggravates the asthma that I was just diagnosed with last year which I know is a direct result of MCAS. Never had asthma my entire life. The inhailer I’m on barely touches it! After getting Covid 2 years ago all my symptoms blew up and really tanked my life. Also found out through a Naturopath last year that I have chronic Lyme disease also. I am on a waiting list to have what’s called magnetic Lyme therapy that a friend recommended. I am also on the GAPS diet to heal and seal my leaky gut. I will now implement ways to improve my adrenal glands. I had some childhood trauma and definitely believe that has contributed to my adulthood stress. Thank you Dr for these videos on leaky gut and MCAS. I sincerely appreciate you as your the only Dr that I have come across who connects the two! ❤

Lyme disease is definitely a big one that often gets missed.

Yep and I have it! Never knew Lyme could be a driver. I also believe my adrenals are shot so that doesn’t help either 🫥
