Wonderfully demonstrated. Will try doing what you have shown. I was always afraid that I might press the wrong area of my feet ( by overlapping ) and then have adverse effects

Hello Michelle Ebbin, how are you doing today? Yes I know how to do that and a lot of people feel a lot of pain and I do it for them but now they all feel better when I do it for them. They are very happy for me to do it to help them feel better.

u know if u can't appreciate or accept the teaching this woman is giving there is really no need to make rude comments. Keep them to yourself! Michelle would you make a video or recommend a way to deal with sinus (infection) relief thru reflexology, please.

Great video thanks for the tips. Questions what is the reason when there's pain at the arch at the bottom of feet and at times the pain moves to other areas of the bottom of the feet?

Hey Michelle, Good to see your valuable information, but would like to know that, this massage is for both foot or only for right side? Because, what I heard that point is differ for right foot and for left foot. I haven't that much of idea about that, just want to confirm from your end. Request you to kindly clear my doubts. We all know this feeling, sore muscles, pain, but you still want to hit the gym, still fancy to exercise. Proper stretching helps to release tension in your muscles. You can also use a great Gun Massager for: myofascial release, lactic acid decomposition, deep massage. Hightly recommended. Stay healthy and flexible ;)

hi there, thank you for the useful tips that you are sharing. I am having sever feet problems such us numbness and feeling as if i am working on stones etc. My MFRI result says I am having mild disc problem so do you think this is the case? any tips that you are giving me would be very useful.
