What has been found to be the best long session breath timing? If I wanted to practice more intensely perhaps twice daily with 30 minute sessions? Can this 4-7-8 be done for extended periods without adversely affecting the heart and blood pressure?

Andrew Weil says 4 cycles the first month. Then 8x

Nose breathing is the way. Mouth breathing isn't good for you. One of the chapters in his book is all bout nose breathing.
