Release tension in the body & mind with this yin yoga sequence created by our expert Laura van Ree. With deeply restorative postures, it’s the perfect full body stretch to end a workout or a stressful day.
This yin yoga routine will help you stretch the tension out of your muscles and your mind. The long-held poses in this sequence are all done lying or sitting on the ground. As you flow smoothly from one pose to the next, the deep stretches and long holds invite you to slowly move deeper into relaxation.

Thank you Laura. I am using this practice, that you have so generously provided , to recover from a surgery. I am advised not to do my regular yoga practice during my recovery period.

I stopped doing yoga once COVID hit (going to class was usually what motivated me to do it). I just found this on my first search of yoga on youtube and it was amazing. Exactly what I needed to get me back into the groove of doing yoga. Love the yoga teacher (I'm very picky). Thank you.

This session is wonderful. A full body stretch and my body knows it. I started doing this because my body was aching and getting hard to move. As long as I do this session several times a week, my body can move. Thank you so much.

This was a PERFECT Yin practice! It basically hit every muscle group, upper AND lower body. I feel amazing and stretchy now :-). Going into my weekly practices.

Thanks so much for this video. When I got on the mat I had so much pain in my right shoulder from all the stress I have been enduring. My shoulder feels amazing and my entire body relaxed. This is my new favorite yin video. I love how long you hold the poses too.

I love the guidance with the long stretching. I might go to long on my own, or never actually the little bit extra that helps loosen. I am not sure about the idea of right side of body= emotions. As far as I know , right side of body is linked to left brain, while left side of body is right brain. The 35 minutes flew by and in the final shavasana my lower back felt really different than it has the past t4 days, flatter, less full of clogged points of pressure. I am going to finish this off with some time on an accupressure mat (shakti).

My first time ever doing yoga, I get the hype, this feels amazing, all the tension in my shoulders was released and I did not think it was possible. Some parts are challenging because I do not know what I am doing but this was so easy to follow and she made it beginner-friendly, more please
