I tore ligaments from my spine to my sacro iliac crest almost 30 years ago.. I have niggles which feel like they're round the top of a regular jeans pocket. Before I go further. The Drs told me I could end up paralysed if I got pregnant & carried full term. Doing floor hypers helps kept me from alot of pain. Along with doing exercises for the piriformis. Keeping fairly mobile helped too. However due to twisting both ankles at the beginning of Covid not being able to receive the needed physio Everything from my ankles to my head has become more problematic & I wondered if you'd any other advise. For strengthening this area.
