Guys, if you don't feel motivated and feel like its not working, read this, at the start of the year I was doing this every morning, and after about a week I could do almost all of the stretches completely comfortably and didn't have a problem. But then for about two months I didn't do any stretches or workouts, and now I'm completely inflexible, so basically, just don't give up and make sure you stay consistent

I've been doing this consistently for a year now (I alternate between this + abs and yoga) with a rest day Sunday. I can say that this has realllly helped me, I was so oooo inflexible before, I was not comfortable with the first stretch with my elbows on desk, now I'm touching the floor very comfortably, my legs were not straight when doing the pancake now I'm starting to get more and more comfortable with bringing my chest closer and closer to the floor with my legs being straight! The straddle.... Oooo let me tell you I could not for the life of me sit up straight with my legs being straight in front of me, now I can!! I cant bend over very far but I can sit up straight with my legs being straight!! Laying down and bringing my legs close to my chest whilst keeping the straight has been the biggest improvement! I can bring them really close and can grab my ankle (pls remember that I could barely keep them straight comfortably before) now when I do leg lifts my legs stay straight with barely any effort! I still have improvements to do, the pancake being one of them and I would love to be able to do down dog with my legs being straight, but if you keep at this, make a routine out of it I promise you will see results, might be longer or shorter for you, everyone is different so don't get discouraged! 😊😉

I’m on my 3rd day of doing this! I do it twice a day, once in the morning at 9 and once in the evening around 7. There’s been a definite improvement, especially with the stool and the straddle stretch. But the others still hurt a lot (I’m really inflexible). I’m continuing this so stay tuned edit: Don’t stretch too much lol. I have some pretty uncomfortable muscle strain in my legs. Editing this gentle stretches every morning and then this video at night edit: I’m noticing a lot of progress on my 5th day! I can now reach my calf with my leg straight up! Before I could only do mid thigh I am making sooooo much progress with my pike stretch i’m so happy. Before, I could hardly sit up without pain, but now I can even bend forward with ease. edit: i can bend even farther than my elbows with the stool stretch now! i still have difficulty holding my leg straight up but it’s definitely improved edit: my hamstrings have this weird soreness. I definitely stretch them more than anything else. But another observation: my lower back pain is disappearing. I recommend these stretches (especially the straddle stretch) for people who are suffering from back pain edit: i’ve hit about two and a half weeks now of doing these stretches daily. doing really really well! i just feel overall better having this routine. also: my butt looks better! hamstring stretches accentuates the bottom of the butt so i guess that’s another perk i didn’t think about not really sure how much more updates i should do. these stretches are getting a lot easier to the point where i think i should move on and start doing some harder stretches. maybe not for another month but maybe at the three month mark. as she said in the video, everyone’s progress is different. i encourage everyone to implement these stretches into their daily routine and be careful not to overstretch update: i can lay almost completely flat during the straddle stretch now. however i’ve found some small discomfort in the pike stretch again. i think i need to hold it for a little longer as that’s my biggest problem. i really enjoy the stool stretch but i need to remember to keep my legs straight now that i can use my elbows. i’ve recently been diagnosed with ménière’s disease and it’s been causing blackouts and nausea so it’s been difficult to keep up with stretching everyday. i’ve missed a few days which i always regret so really pushing myself (especially with exams being over) edit: my back. feels so much better. i’m pretty sure i was just sitting so much that my hip flexors tightened. stretching them helped so much i can actually bend over without pain now lol edit LAST: so it’s been like a month now since i’ve done this. i’ve skipped a few days but overall i’ve kept with it. However this is my last edit as i think my body wants some more advanced stretches. it’s good to stick with basic stretches daily but I personally wanna get reaaallly flexible lol that is my goal. So i will move on BUT i seriously stand by this video it’s amazing. also: and i cannot stress this enough: ALL OF MY BACK PAIN IS GONE UPDATE: hi guys so recently i had a back injury and i couldn’t really move for a long time. but because of this injury (and because i’m slowly able to move again) i’m back to this stretching routine again! unfortunately for me i’m sort of back at square one but i’m hoping that this will help me once again get rid of this pain Last: Hiii so yes no more updates. I still stand behind these stretches 100% but I was recently diagnosed not with ménière’s disease as i mentioned before, but acoustic neuroma, which is a type of brain tumor. I’m just settling in with that info so thank you all for reading my updates if you got this far lmaoo but I encourage you guys to follow this video and keep at it because you will improve not only flexibility but everyday comfort as well

I did this stretching routine for about 6-8 months. It was amazing I thin moved on to nicos more advanced video and did that for about another 8 months it was incredible! There are sometimes I feel like Burnt out, I stopped doing the more advanced video it’s been about 8 months. I decided to come back to this just to try to relax and I feel amazing. To avoid burnout do stretching routines every other day. And get some padding for your knees. I have a yoga Matt and work out Matt. Also don’t skip mobility. Stretching w/o mobility will lead to injuries/pain. Light work out help as well.

Day 1:so everything was really hard for me bc im not flexiblle at all Day 2: so it's still hard but better and im having Problems Relaxing Day3: so it's gets better and better im Relaxing more and ya day4: so im getting more flexiblle and mostly with the Butterfly stretch Day:5 so for me its working out really good and all i have to say is the more u do it the more it becomes better Day:6 so sometimes i feel my bad leg is the good one and sometimes i just feel ist the bad one so when i pull my knee to my chest and then straight it then ist better then my good leg idk why.i stretch my Body everyday so i watch this vid everyday sometimes i really make Progress and sometimes not but i do work on it everyday Day:7 u know the stretch after the the one with the stool so im getting better when im pushing my chest out i still need to lern to straight my legs while im doing that and im also just stretching after the vid more and more just doig it everyday and ya So i Think it's been a week since I fidnt update and I also tried doing the spilts and it was great so I only need a tiny bit to really do it so this is also very good if u wanna do the splits and I'm always getting more flexible so somedays I do great and some I do okay so don't give up if it's not the best result everyday🤗 Edit:i will update when i make progress Sorry fir Not updating guys its been a long time. Week2:guys i got my splits so if u do this u will get it in maybe 1week or 2 who knows just remember everybody is different if I got it in 2 weeks u will maybe need less or more time 🤗 I got super flexible After all this time i can do the splits without warming up and it dosent even hurt me anymore Auf i also learned how to do a Bridge from standing So i also watch other vids for back flexibility and also how to get your splits or like just good exercises they will also help you a lot so just search up back flexibility or something and watch the video for the alarm doing everyday I know not everyone has like time for it but come on like 10 minutes it's not that much I believe in you if you want to try it go ahead and keep fighting for it I cant belive its been a year already. Sadly i kind of stopped and im back to a beginners level. I still have my splits, but it hurts a lot. I had a lot of school work to do and i didnt really have time but im trying to get back to it. Thanks for the likes ^-^ Good luck everyone

Hi everyone, if you are serious and have dreams about being flexible, having a healthy lifestyle or having the body in your mind, you can do it !! It can be hard sometimes, but not keeping the promise you told to yourself doesen't mean you should give up or you can't do it. You got this! Remember, it's not one day, it's day one :))

We need a video that shows how to do the seated forward bends for very inflexible spines. Or how to work up to them. Been doing / watching yoga videos on here daily for a year now, and haven't found a single one yet.

Me? I have , but its been really really slow with the lower back. With the rest it has all become pretty bendy ^^ Just my lower spine for some reason doesnt want to give as easily.
