Thank you so much for this video. I have been scouring the internet for help with my SL tear after being diagnosed finally after almost 2 years of pain and doctors not taking me seriously. I’m now having a hard time actually finding someone who is a CHT and have had to figure it out myself. Thank you for these concise exercises and the explanations behind why they are helpful. ❤

Thanks! I definitely am guilty of doing the thumb/finger tapping one in the wrong way you showed and squeezing on tendon glides so thanks for the tips! (Past R SL grade 3 tear reconstruction and L SL grade 1 repair recoveree here)
