Thank I needed this yesterday. I went to the gym in the morning, then after work I only had about 6500 steps. So I went to the park to walk and hit my 10000 goal. By the time I got home, I was at 12000 and exhausted lol

Very true. For many years I go for a walk without doing a stretch so sometimes I would hurt my ankle or hamstring so for the last few months I have been doing stretch before going for a walk and since do not have any problem now
