Thank I needed this yesterday. I went to the gym in the morning, then after work I only had about 6500 steps. So I went to the park to walk and hit my 10000 goal. By the time I got home, I was at 12000 and exhausted lol

Very true. For many years I go for a walk without doing a stretch so sometimes I would hurt my ankle or hamstring so for the last few months I have been doing stretch before going for a walk and since do not have any problem now

anything similar to the height of the pile of books should work especially with many people reading books on line instead of a physical copy of the books these days
