I’ve watched a number of WeShape videos for 50+. I think they are excellent. I don’t mind his repeating the instructions. Plus with aging my mind/ body connection for some exercises needs to be improved.

As a former RN - I am impressed with how he gets to the point with the pertinent information regarding all the muscles involved in each movement - that your physiotherapist will not have time to explain.

Thank you for explaining ahead how to protect the spine and avoid movements that can cause injury. It has happened before I practiced one of the moves and pulled a muscle in my back. I have been off an exercise routine I am not overweight just in my early 60's and can feel muscles are weak.

Thank for the video. I am a man that lifted 10,000 pounds for sugar a day for 1 year at me job. I now have a "alien busting out of my belly" looking hernia. Do you have exercises that may flatten that out. I do the exercises in this video because of the 70 I lost over the last 12 years.
