I think the fact that he let her live with him until August and then decided to enforce the divorce order afyer she moved out says what we need to know. The second clip is now my all-time favorite judge's response to jurisdiction challenges. "OK. Challenge it!" The lumpheads don't understand that you don't just say "I challenge jurisdiction". You file a motion that includes a coherent legal argument that lays out why jurisdiction does not exist. You don't just say "Nuh-uh!"

This cheat code for the judges, in the form of occult knowledge of the law, is tied into the claim of _jus in rem_ [in re] or a "right in rem" by _jus gentium_ or the private international law of "nation-states," or, if ya' like, "Estates" [STATES]; effectively handing Roman courts unlimited jurisdiction in any matter, public and private, real and personal, with little to no remedy afforded for such perversions in law! If he has sole legal custody, all he has to do is provide the school with that paperwork and they won’t let her take the kids out of school. At least they’re not supposed to. He could also have a little note put on their accounts to not release them to her, her father, or her sister if he’s really worried about it. He can do all of that just being the custodial guardian, he needs to make sure all of the front office staff know though.
