They are discussing that company should ask the candidate explain a about a project he has built. As building project is less than 20% coding and more problem solving. If that candidate has written something why did he write that explain. So candidate can't cheat.

I also did some small projects for companies for hiring. But problem is those projects are of 2-3 days non stop working. And many times even after completing the assessment didn't even get the interview. DSA is way better coz you have a 1-2 hr assessment.

Hello bhaiya, Bhaiya Bangalore main ek academy hain pankaj sir academy kar k h. Bhaiya yaha par yeh log 2-3 saal ka fake experience provide karwa rahein hain, Bhaiya computer science background walae toh thik but mechanical, civil, even bcom walae 2 saal ka fake experience dikha kar company entry le rahein hain. Bhaiya har mahine ek new batch chalu hota hain or harr batch main 250 log hain or sab fake experience main ghus rahein h. Kuch logon ki abhi company main work load ki wajah se suicidal thoughts bhi arahein hain. Bhaiya yeh log bahut bhayankar scam kar rahein hain.
