If you are doing a full rebuild, to a 'stock' capacity (rules, regulations, because... ) with forged rods and pistons, it may be worth your while to use 'stroker' pistons as the higher pin position allows a longer rod to be used. This will reduce the side loading on the cylinder walls, which is what causes liner 'walk', and add a little torque/power from reduced friction and better rod geometry - it won't be a lot, but it all helps and if you're doing it anyway...

there is a replacement for displacement and it's a turbo or supercharger! they make little engines think they are big engines💪
