I have been using Pirelli GT tires and I have never had a puncture. Extremely heavy, but unstoppable once moving. Be well.

Hi dear. The logo “Angel GT urban” and Pirelli logo, are in the both sides of the tyres?

Can I fit the 57-584 pirelli gt's on my st1 which has 54-584 Vee tyres?

The spec is only 3mm wider or 1.5mm either side. Just measure the space on the frame and forks to see if it has clearance for 57mm.
