✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Exercise x2 Sets (back-to-back, then move on to the next exercise)

I am six months postpartum, I had a C-section and waited until three months to get active again. I’ve done Lindsey‘s postpartum program twice and now I’m on stronger Twenty and I just love it. My entire body has changed. I’m getting stronger than I was pre-pregnancy, I am addicted in love this content.

That was seriously sooo fun!! I was so surprised with myself that I used 15 and 20lbs all throughout🤩! I also love that you guys never focus on looking a certain way or having a six pack and a skinny waist! You are doing more than just helping my physical health so thank you! 💪🏽💞

These 20 minute strength workouts are super effective. I'm a little outside of your target audience (23 YEARS post-partum 😂), but these are exactly the type of workouts women should be doing to hang on to muscle as we age. With the slow, controlled movements, I can use heavier weights than I've been using in my typical workouts, and I'm feeling it! I've been able to dust off my 20 and 25 dumbbells with this program! Looking forward to following this up with the Stronger 25 series. Thank you, Lindsey!

Amazing, once again!!! This 20 min workout is so incredibly doable that even "mentally" I'm more motivated to wake up before the kids and get it done! When it's 30+mins I'm like...meh, I need the extra sleep! I'll do it later during the kids' nap

feeling you Liv! I love the 20 minute workouts best🤩 I push myself to a greater degree and am less apt to skip a day. Confession.... When I can't muster up the inspiration for the workout for that day I go back to one of her 20 minute monsters! 😈 I discovered Lindsay oh maybe 5 years ago via Get Healthy TV working along with her as she grew this great community. The 20 minute workouts are my absolute favs!!!!!! 💪💪💪

LOVE THIS! Plan to do it again this Saturday, when I’m less distracted. I slept through my alarm, had other things going on, and baby woke up and nursed mid-session.😅 All good, it’s life! 🤗 Loved all of the stretches and exercises though, definitely kept thinking core stability and balance.😊 Thank you!

LOVED the creativity of these moves, so fun and keeps my mind challenged as well! I find that slowing down the playback speed to 75% helps me challenge myself to lift heavier weights and move safely without dropping them on my toes (or head) :) Favorite moves were the Snatch + Overhead March and the Single Leg Deadlift & Dumbbell Press, but I really love the whole workout!

I stumbled upon AMAZINGGGGG Lindsey while looking for workout programs/groups to help me get back on track after my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I stopped taking care of myself to focus on him. Lindsey .. you are da bomb!! Im stronger than i have been. The weight is slow to come off, but i feel the changes. I love the way the sets are timed rather than needing to reach a number of reps. Makes it so easy to scale each move to what I can accomplish as I’m building strength and endurance! 👏🏻👏🏻

This was a lot of fun and really took a lot of mental energy too! This would be perfect for those days when you just feel so stressed or anxious with thoughts running through your head. Holy Bananas! Just finished this one again! This is in my permanent 6 days of exercise/week rotation now -- I do it every Saturday, with your 10-minute Dynamic Warm up first. This 63-year old needs more warm up.

I just started the first week of this program. Well done! Your exercises are thoughtful and unique. My teenager is starting to explore working out and he can't do sit ups because of a recent spinal fusion. I said "I never do sit-ups!" I think I can convince him to try your workouts and these 20 minutes are the perfect introduction. It's great that you are aways talking about about form. Because even after many squats in my 43 years, I sometimes forget to put the weight in my heels. I also love the addition of Rachel.

Love this workout to add great variety to a strength training routine - I changed the settings to 75% as I am not as "swift" as these pros are! It's a great compromise when learning the moves!

3 1/2 weeks postpartum with my third kiddo and I really needed this in my life 😅 I’m so tired of trying to modify so many of the workouts that I come across so that they are DR friendly and this one just checked all of the boxes and was really fun to do as well. Thank you for your hard work putting out these videos and being so authentic about where your athletic abilities are in your own postpartum journey!

Fantastic workout series! I've been doing the 20 min daily sessions and adding my own killer burnout: 1 push, 1 pull, 1 knee dominant, 1 hip dominant. I feel simultaneously ruined and like Wonder Woman 💪 I absolutely love the NML workouts for keeping me motivated and building up strength postpartum! Thank you so much from this mamma in the UK ❤️

I love these workouts!!! I actually did this one after your 20min legs and abs one because I was playing a bit of catch up from the week and had the time/energy. I really appreciate the whole body and mobility focus, and that you highlight that a strong core includes balance! It was really fun and it IS like my/our playground :D. I really enjoyed doing this! It was very fun and unique way of working the core. My favorite move was the angled lunge with the press. Made me feel so powerful!
