Ive been listening for 4 uears now, almost every night, had a lot of trouble falling asleep but now it's way easier. Thank you so much. If I had any suggestions, maybe you can get some kind of setting on your editing software that makes the S and E sounds softer because that sometimes wakes me up because everything else is so soft and gentle but the S and T sounds are so loud. Thanks Tansy!

Ok, thankyou for the tips. I do use editing software to normalise my voice so its not to loud or soft, but sometimes the end product when uploaded to KZbin does sound different (since they process it differently again) so its not an exact science. I will see what I can do to soften my words in the future - thanks for the feedback and commenting
