Was wondering why you were relaxing so much before pressing up in the floor press in a recent IG video. Makes so much sense now, thanks. The idea of “correct sequencing” is certainly going to make the openers very interesting.

Well, another one that blows my mind. Can't believe how simplistic my view was.. All that focus on the pecs. I guess you'd place the lats as a big part of the upper back muscles right? I always thought this was mainly on the eccentric part. But I guess also on the concentric part? Because when I focus on engaging the triceps, it feels like it's not really possible to do that without the lats.

I would agree there. Triceps without lats ain't happening. That fits the myotome idea btw

I was going to do one for the deadlift first but that's a very good idea
