Coach, you have mentioned a few times over the years about bodybuilding/hypertrophy style training negatively effecting your state, you might of said putting you into freeze. I’ve never heard you elaborate on it, and would love to hear your thoughts on what would be triggering this response. Thanks!

Thank you for taking your time to share this with us. What do you think about the "fat gripz" on standard dumbbell to mimic the monster dumbbells?

Yss! It works to a degree, the only issue is the dumbbell itself resting on the shoulder. 💯 better than no dumbbell though, the Fatz grip is a very good tool overall

So Monday and Tuesday are heavy, Wednesday is assistance work, what does the rest of your week look like?

Heavy press is 2x week (Monday / Friday or Saturday type of thing). Tuesday is Stiff-leg deadlift Thursday or Friday is Sandbag Front Squats or some type of Sandbag Squats. Overall 4 heavy days per week, 2 Press and 2 Back / Hips
