This was probably a pre-animated trailer for the celebration of the 7th year anniversary of the Black Clover manga. No indication on how the movie itself will look since it's being done by a larger staff than this. That being said, it feels so good to see Black Clover in animeted form once again! It's been nearly a year and I'm hyped! I can wait one more year for the movie. Quality over everything. I can see us getting a new anime season in 2024. 🤣

The manga is 55 chapters ahead of the show now. That is a good amount of reading material. Even if you do 2 chapters a week, it will take you until the end of the year to catch up when you consider that new chapters are released weekly.

All the black and white stuff was from the manga, plus not the whole Black Bulls crew. That shot of the Bulls in the hideout's main room is missing Zora, Magna and Gordon... well Henry too but that's prolly because so many of the Bulls are out of the hideout that he's prolly a lot weaker than usual. Also Charmy isn't all round and shit. Checking out the manga is something I would recommend but I think you would enjoy starting from Volume 1 though.
