And he also sings! Frankie is truly a jewel of many facets.

I love fried chicken but making it yourself is such a CHORE. Especially deep-fried chicken. This solution is SO much quicker, cleaner and less time-consuming. Not to mention healthier. Love it! Thanks, Frankie!

Ahhh, my childhood in a nutshell. Only slight disagreement, the best way to mash potatoes is to put them back in the hot pot to mash with the butter and milk, not a cool bowl (it also cuts down on washing). It helps evaporate even more water, the enemy of those mashies. But omg, this is soooo goood.

Leg quarters are on sale on my area for .49/lb. I always get those and split the legs from the thighs. This would be a great dinner recipe. Maybe pack some up for work lunches. I'll add green beans and a buttered roll. Better thsn take-out.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who makes it rain with chives😄😄😄. Now, I just need to find a rack for my baking sheet, and I'm good to go!

Don't salt the water when boiling potatoes for mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste at the end instead. It will give you a better result.

I'm just going to annoy the living crap out of everyone, and write this on every new video that comes out - I love love love these but the thumbnail doesn't reflect the show at all!!! It's boring and feels "old" and stiff and will not invite new people to click on the video! You guys deserve all the views, so please consider changing it
