I enjoyed your vlog! When you start something new, there is always a period of adjustment. It sounds like you are facing those challenges head-on, but remember to give yourself grace. Also, is there a way you could collaborate with another team or peer (even on a temporary basis) to brainstorm ideas and get advice?
