Michael & Oz are hands' down the most underrated, underappreciated guitar tandem in rock/ metal music today, perhaps 'of all time'. This album rocks start to finish. Just spectacular! Going tune for tune, no 'filler' to be heard, IMO it is Stryper's best recording to date. Also likely the absolute best produced rock/ metal album I have ever heard.

Great for your post, but i disagree with Michael and Oz being underrated in the music industry. They are very respected by many artists and actors big to small and christian or not. They have been around for over 37 yrs and still one of the most productive bands out their. They got alot of respect! Rock n Roll!

First got into Stryper in 1986. Had the first 5 releases. Then Grunge came along. I didn't know they had been releasing new albums until about 2 years ago when I saw the videos for Take it to the Cross, and The Valley. I thought they were really good songs but didn't buy the cd. I was reading reviews of Even the devil Believes, and decided to buy it, and the previous 5 albums. Stryper just keeps putting out great music with a great message. I hope they keep going as long as they can, I salute you guys on continuing an amazing musical career, and for such great new music.

I’m so impressed and inspired by this latest reinvention. Stryper has been a staple in my life force since the 80’s as a teen and young father. My kids grew up with truck subs behind the couchs blasting Stryper and Barren Cross and all the greats of that age. You guys are an inspiration and I’m right now finding more of your newer music that I can connect with. Losing ourselves in the service of others is the secret to the whole mystery of the kingdom along with the melting down of the 650+ mosaic laws into two simple commandments of love, relationships and respect to the one who we were directed to pray to by the man, Jesus himself. Just remember Jesus is NOT his own mediator/(LOL) he’s the mediator between us and our mutual Heavenly Father. Just sayin… some things need to stop and praying to Jesus in his own name is really 80’s insanity… getting /gotten old. Lol sorry I just can’t stop. Lord have mercy on us as we continue to WORK out our salvation with fear and trembling. ;) ACTS of LOVE is EXPECTED of CHILDREN and JOINT HEIRS with CHRIST. Peace
