Stu is THE man. No wonder this guy looks so calm in net all the time. Worked so much on his mental, now he is a Zen master. Keep up the great work! Luv ya buddy

I’m glad the stigma is starting to break in Men’s Mental Health and that more men are coming forward.. good on Skinner for bringing that up

Hey Skinner, can’t wait for the Canucks to squeeze a few muffins by you in round 2. Make sure you bring your November effort.

Skinner can let in 10 goals a game. As long as we score 11😊

I don't really know if him admitting this is a good thing for advertising himself as being an elite goalie. Personally, I would never take a goalie or player who has anxiety issues. Isn't this what differentiates good playoff players vs the ones that play good in the regular season but not the playoffs?

Makes him human!

Oilers already got him and they never letting him go

which is why you're not an NHL GM... would you take a player who had an injury but worked with doctors to fully recover and with kinesiologists to play more technically sound to protect his body, or would that make him too weak to ever be elite? it's human nature to be anxious when the stakes are high and it's all about learning how to work through it instead of pretending it doesn't exist, which is why every elite NHL goalie has a mental coach. hell even my brother has had one since he was in U16 AAA.

What does he want to achieve with his story? To feel sorry for him?

hes in an interview. Where the person asks him questions. All he did was answer them

And now we know why he gives up half way through games. Week minded then, and you can still see it now.

Quite disrespectful. I’m not an oilers fan but shame on you, the guy is giving us his story, has tremendous talent, and sure he didn’t start hot but no one did this year on the oilers, he seems to be in full swing now, good luck oilers fans, I hope we get a VAN Vs. EDM round 2.. that would be amazing!
@andrewdishman264 ай бұрын
@@BigWyattsay that when he blows it in a must win game because his anxiety kicks in. Nothing against him personally but you have to acknowledge this isn't a good trait for a starting goalie in the NHL. What do you think differentiates good regular season players and good postseason players?

@@andrewdishman26 what do you mean? I’m saying the guys comment is over dramatic, oilers are currently winning their series are they not?
