I have an advice, but it may be a bad one. What Ive done are my own rules which I use to play with my imaginary friends :) Whenever I use them, all my miniatures are valid, and no one is pretending to be electro priest. Plus I can mix fantasy figures with my admech. It works great for me, but Im diagnosed with somewhat severe social anxiety and other stuff so its not a sollution for everyone.
