this is a very nice smooth and controlled sound of Ain't No Stopping Us Now. Good chops from the drummer.

Mr. Neu, after listening to this video you definitely have a new fan! I am always looking for other sax players that I can emulate from. I've been a weekend warrior sax player for 38 years and always try to listen to other players to better my own playing. Very cool, thanks!

Andrew Neu, I’ll remember you man. The tone you get from the sax is crazy sweet. If i could achieve half the quality of sound you get I’d be elated. I got a lot of work ahead of me. If you have any suggestions for me, I’d be grateful. Well done Andrew 👍😎you’re so relaxed.

Surprisingly tough song. Hard to get the sheet music for and hard to emulate the original voices on a sax. Good job.

It sounds great and all, but where the original bass line at? That part is what makes this song great in my opinion.

in reality, how long did it took to finish from discussion/planning to recording?
@StudioJams7 жыл бұрын
Typically, for most all of these sessions, musicians take about 15 minutes to work through a quick arrangement before recording a Take. Sometimes they do opt to record a 2nd Take (probably half of the time) to tighten up the arrangement. That's it though. And we never go back to punch in any bad notes, etc. What you hear is what they play.

cool, amazing how the products turns out so professional with 15 minutes preparation.. I must encourage my band to subscribe to your channel :)
