While pursuing a product for my own business needs, I recently discovered a print on demand product that no one is talking about - at least, not in the way that you might think. And after doing some research I realized that not only is it a great product, but there’s also demand and potential utilization for it in a variety of niches. And as we all know by now, demand equals sales.
So for today’s video, I’m going to cover what exactly this product is, where the demand is, AND how to design for it.

Great idea! Thank you so much. Just to clarify....the writing is done on the acrylic overlay, correct? It's not like a traditional whiteboard where the writing goes directly on the board. Correct! The design is printed on a poster that’s behind the acrylic covering. It actually results in the dry erase marker ink erasing SO much better than traditional whiteboards which often stain 😊

I tried making one with your instructions and it turned out well. I was wondering though, with the example you used for instance, do you think the buyer is going to want the Chores list customized (or whatever the lists say) to what they want it to say? Mandy, at the end of your video you said they could use the chalk markers. Does this work on the acrylic and white board both? You use a wet paper towel to remove it and it comes off easily? I was just looking at designing whiteboards last night! Thank you! It would be helpful to see a video how to list include several sizes and frame color choices in one listing, please.😊

You’re so welcome! You totally could do this in Kittl! You can use the same sizing approach, the only down side is they don’t have as many “chart” style templates to start with, but other than that the process is the same 🤓

Not sure on specifically dry erase board, but the product that I showed in the video is from Printify (Sensaria is the provider) - it’s a framed poster with an acrylic covering 😊

Do they erase well? As a teacher my colleagues and I sometimes laminate paper and it doesn't wipe well.

Yes! The acrylic covering erases sooo much better than whiteboards and I haven’t seen any of the weird “ghosting” you get on traditional boards! In the brief shot of me erasing one of them the writing had been on there for several weeks (I’ve had the smaller one for awhile now), and it erased perfectly 😊

@SimplyPOD with Mandy Good to know! I had a similar idea a while back, wondering if the acrylic covering could be used as a "whiteboard" - I asked the print provider, but they said they couldn't tell me and couldn't guarantee it'd wipe clean. So I gave up on the idea, perhaps I'll revisit it :)

They are writing on the clear acrylic cover that sits above the printed poster behind it. It’s acting like a whiteboard (a dry erase board) a so dry erase markers 😊
