I have test anxiety so much that I tend to forget what I studied. I will follow the approach that you listed in this video. Thank you so much Professor.

I agree so much with your advice! Meditation and self-motivation are helpful when preparing for an exam. I listen to The Daily Meditation podcast on Spotify as I transition my studies from one subject to another and before I go to bed, it clears my mind tremendously. I took my HESI exam recently, and I am now preparing for the TEAS exam. Your videos are amazing, and I know I will do great on the Reading section thanks to YOU!

I rook the test yesterday, waiting for the results. Because my nursing school starts soon, I needed to take it fast and only had a few days to study as I am still working. I used mainly your review for the verbal and reading. I used ATI online focused review but it did not yield much because I was already scoring 90's on the pre-test assessment so did the entire verbal and science review but was so burnt out that I did not do the math and reading review. I did both online practice assessments and scored 90+ on those so I am expecting a good result. I think the problem with most reviews is that they are too high yield and very little ends up in the exam. This is true for both youtube and those exam study guides everyone is recommending. That's why I think your review is great, you should make a math and science portion too because every thing that is out there right now on youtube, is a wast of time. I lot of people like me have to take it right away and can't spend the time. There was a youtube channel that I used for the teas V but I can no longer find it. This was actually the only channel I found useful for the TEAS and HESI.

Just a update, I got a 91%, 99 percentile rank. Exemplary. Thank you Carol, I know your tutorials helped me a great deal. I would say I studied for about 10 hours total not including your videos.

@@hyund9i Wow! Congratulations! Good luck in Nursing school! (and by the way, you do NOT want me to create math and science videos -- I leave those to the experts: Brandon Craft and Bozeman Science!). Well done!

Thank you so much. What would you be your recommendation for studying anxiety? I tend to be so anxious that it’s so difficult for me to focus while studying. I study every day and most of the time I feel that I am more anxious then ever that it’s difficult for me to continue studying and absorbing the material.
