I usually listen to a Christian video on KZbin or I try reading my Bible. And while both are good, it makes it hard for me to fall back asleep but it does calm my thoughts down when I can’t sleep at night.

When I cannot sleep I sing ( of course in my head as to not wake my hubby😂) or I pray. If singing does not help I start praying for everyone around me. I started singing in September of 2019, after a cry out to God and finding church services online. I found Elevation Church and oh did that help during the pandemic, and I found Jonathan and Melissa and there story behind the song Raise a Hallelujah. Every night when I would lay awake and worry I would sing this song. Within minutes I would fall asleep, no more worries and complete rest. Thank You Jesus! So singing and praying is my go to sleep medicine. Oh and even in my sleep I will sing, waking up al elated.😊

I fall asleep every single night listening to Gods word first I pray then listening to Bible verses for sleep on KZbin since I started doing this I sleep so peacefully and I also fall asleep repeating the prayers I am hearing so I can also memorize the word of Christ I love it

Pray for my son Nahum he been bullied in school, and he had a mental breakdown. To see how broken my son was broken, my heart I stayed with him never talked to be say I'm not leaving your side til this passover. Even when he told me to leave, I stayed with him. I cried with him. He doesn't like trouble or conflicts with other people. He likes to give them a chance to just leave him alone. He didn't go to school the next day I let him stay home and I prayed over him so please help me pray for the bullies to have a bliss life and that God have away with their hearts. They are kids, so please don't speak evil on them. That's not our God's or our ways. So please bless and bliss their hearts. Please note that the bulls will see his angels around him. Thank you, Lord, for the ones who pray your will over this situation and bliss their life's and dreams, O Lord Jesus. In Jesus' name, thank you for hearing mine and their prayers, amen and amen!

Wow Ester chapter 1 They made that decision of punishment after they had been drinking for 7 days straight . There’s no sound thought that can come out of intoxicated mind for 7 days straight . What type of queen would she be if all the men Nobles and lower class saw her naked that request alone shows he has no respect for women or showcases why people should not be that drunk.Especiakly if you have a culture where women can’t say no to ask that of her is insanity . The men didn’t even consider what she said no to in her punishment , the only part they cared about was that she said no lol
