Study Hall is a part of the Crash Course KZbin channel that produces a lecture's worth of content into a short video, which has the tradeoff of requiring the host to speek quickly. The delivery takes some time to get used to.

This is a superb series, thank you. This particular episode is rather ironic: To listen to the ideas fully, the narrator needed to slow their speech cadence. There's nothing better to kill an audience's attention than a 'machine gun' delivery. Same goes for most of the other episodes. Maybe it has been sped up slightly to fit the time slot? Again, another text- book way to lose your listeners. Enough grumbling. Good work.
