He was given only 15 - 20 thousands troops just to chase allahudin Mohammed in west and he ended up destroying half Europe, Europe was only saved due to subetai sudden return to capital after death of genghis khan . by the way happy diwali.

For example subetai was master manipulative even outside battle feild, he did things like dressing like refuses and feeding enemies false information and ambushing them. He once brought half of Hungarian army with gold ,to leave their other half and then ended up slaughtering both part of army and getting his gold back. it turned out he only did it to face parts of army one by one not all at once. He does any thing to win a battle and i think Alexander lack in that. Beside SUBETAI also remains undefeated. Alexander is undefeated but his army backed down in fear of 6000 elephants waiting in magadh empire that's also true. .
