30min is way too long..fish cook quick u already seared it..it should only be in the oven for 10 to 15 depending on how big and how thick ur filet is.

Well when i had it in there before the 30 min mark the fish wasn’t cooked on the inside. When i seared it was only for the color, not to cook to be eaten. Just to sear.

She is over cooking the fish. Fish don't need to cook that long. You dry it from.pan to oven. Either pan fry or bake. It looks good though

I didnt cook it at a high temperature & not for long. i wanted to make sure it cooked on the inside so I didn’t cook to 100%. But thanks for your opinion ❤️

It depends on the temperature. Mine was tender because I had it on a lower heat
